There are only a few simple guide lines and steps to take.
- Your project must be estimated at $500 or more.
- You must fill out a simple credit application.
That's it. A credit history will be run. You will be called personally by me, John Mahoney, within a business day as to the result of your credit check.
Once approved you and I will decide on the length of the loan agreement and complete the loan contract.
I strive to keep things as simple as possible. Win-Win is always in the forefront of my mind. There is an interest rate associated with this transaction. It is 5%. I do not use impossible to figure math, algebra or algorithms to calculate the interest. IE If your loan is for $1000, the total interest you will pay is $50 (5%) divided by the number of months of your loan. Simple and fair.
